Warranty Info & Terms and Conditions for "iPar - Personal Golf GPS"

Welcome to the iPar - Personal Golf GPS terms and conditions. By purchasing our product, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making your purchase.

Product Description The iPar - Personal Golf GPS fits perfectly on privately owned carts and provides accurate GPS yardage with easy-to-read hole graphics once reserved for luxury golf course fleets. A Rechargeable Lithium Ion Battery operates for up to 25 hours of play. It mounts with a no-drill bracket and comes with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Warranty: The iPar - Personal Golf GPS includes a one-year manufacturer’s warranty from the date of purchase. 

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Replacement Cost:  If the iPar 7B is broken within the first year, iPar offers a one-time replacement of the unit at a cost of $150 plus s&h. 

To request a replacement, customers must contact our customer service team and provide proof of purchase and details of the issue.

U.S. Domestic Purchases Only:  Currently, the iPar - Personal Golf GPS is available for purchase only within the Continental United States, HI and AK.  

At this time we do not offer international sales and shipping.

Battery Warning:  The iPar 7B contains a Lithium-ion battery.

To ensure safety and proper functioning:

DO NOT leave iPar 7B plugged in for more than 72 hours continuously

Avoid exposing iPar 7B to extreme temperatures *Hot or Cold

DO NOT attempt to disassemble or modify the iPar 7B unit or its battery.

Returns and Refunds:  Customers may return the product within 30 days of purchase for a full refund - provided the product is undamaged and in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team for a return authorization number. 

Customer is responsible for Return shipping costs.  

Units received Damaged, Scratched or otherwise blemished, may result in a decreased Refund Amount. 

Customers will be notified of any refund adjustments.

Limitation of Liability:  Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

Neither iPar Inc. or GPS Technologies are liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product. This includes any damages resulting from unauthorized use or modification of the iPar 7B device.

Governing Law:  These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the purchase was made.

Changes to Terms:  We reserve the right to modify these Terms. 

Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.

Continued use of the iPar 7B - Personal Golf GPS unit after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
